Does NZQA require a specific translator?
NZQA asks for translations by a professional translation service with the translator’s details and signature; that is what every order includes.
Can I get the degree and transcript in one certificate?
Upload them as one multi-page order for one certified PDF, or separately if you prefer.
Does Immigration New Zealand accept this translation?
INZ requires translations to be made by a professional translation service (not the applicant, a family member or the adviser), certified as a correct translation by a person familiar with both languages, on the service’s letterhead with the translator’s full name and signature. Every order is issued in exactly that form, with a public verification link. Visitor-visa applications need a translation but not certification; residence and most other categories need the certified version we provide.
Do I need a notarised translation or the DIA Translation Service?
INZ does not require notarisation. The Department of Internal Affairs runs its own paid translation service, but INZ also accepts certified translations from recognised private translation services. For citizenship applications the Department of Internal Affairs has its own rules — check them before ordering for citizenship.
How fast is it?
Typed documents are usually delivered within ten minutes of payment. Handwritten or damaged pages are flagged before you pay and completed by manual review within 24 hours.
Can I upload a multi-page document?
