What we collect. The document images you upload, the email address you provide at checkout (via PayPal), and standard server logs (IP, user agent).
How your documents are handled. Uploads are encrypted in transit (TLS). Documents are processed by our translation pipeline, which uses third-party AI providers under zero-data-retention terms; your documents are never used to train AI models. Finished PDFs and source uploads are automatically deleted 30 days after delivery. Email us any time for earlier deletion.
Payments. Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store card numbers. We store the PayPal order id, capture id and payer email to support refunds and order recovery.
Verification page. The public verification page shows only: order number, issue date, language pair and document type. It never shows names or document contents.
Cookies. We use localStorage for your order tokens only. No advertising trackers.
