Service. CertMyTranslation is operated by RENDUN LIMITED, 1029 Lyell Ave Unit #788, Rochester, NY 14606. We provide certified English translations of documents you upload, prepared through an AI-assisted pipeline with multi-step verification and, where routed, human review. Each order includes a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy.
Your responsibilities. You confirm you have the right to submit the document, and that key details you confirm during checkout (name spellings, dates) are correct. Translations reflect the source document as provided; we do not alter, add or omit content on request. Requests to change names, dates, amounts or other facts relative to the source document will be refused and refunded.
Acceptance guarantee. If USCIS rejects a translation we prepared for reasons attributable to the translation itself, we will revise it free of charge or refund the order in full. Claims require the USCIS notice.
Refunds. If our pipeline cannot deliver (for example, an unreadable document we cannot manually review), the order is refunded automatically. Otherwise, contact support within 30 days.
