Residence, work, partner and student visas all require documents not in English to come with a translation from a professional translation service — certified, on letterhead, signed. Upload a photo or PDF and download it in minutes — NZ$24.95 per page, no account, no waiting for a quote.
Each translation is issued on our letterhead with a signed certification: a correct translation made by a person familiar with both languages and competent in translation work, with the translator’s full name, signature, contact details and date — the form Immigration New Zealand describes for translated documents.
A clear photo, scan or PDF (one page or many). Free legibility check before you pay — handwritten or damaged pages go to manual review within 24 hours instead of being guessed.
NZ$24.95 per page, no account, no waiting for a quote. Multi-page documents show the total up front.
A PDF with the translation, the signed certification page on our letterhead and a copy of your original, plus a public verification link.
Translations must be made by a professional translator or translation service, not by you, a family member or your adviser. For residence and most other visas the translation must be certified: a statement that it is a correct translation made by a person familiar with both languages and competent in translation work, on the translation service’s letterhead, with the translator’s full name and signature. Every order is issued in exactly that form. Visitor visas need a translation but not certification.
Birth, marriage and divorce certificates; police certificates; degree certificates and transcripts for NZQA assessment and skilled migrant points; employment references; bank statements and financial evidence; medical and vaccination records.
